Situation

In 2021 it was critical to communicate that Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas Cookie Season was not canceled because of the pandemic. COVID-19 made things a little more challenging – some troops opted not to sell cookies, others only sold to friends, while some still sold cookies outside of grocery stores – but we were up for the challenge.

Solution

With a 15-fold increased ad spend, we launched paid social ads that featured the cookie locator so people could easily determine where to buy their favorite flavor.
