Christine Rogers
Public Relations, Partner | Co-founder
Christine is a master of public and media relations, with a wealth of experience. As a published writer, with over 25 years of PR expertise and a knowledge of all facets of marketing, Christine has seen it all. A marketing Swiss Army knife, she has the tools to solve any challenge. She’s done just that for Fortune 500 companies like Cargill and TXU.
Match that experience with a healthy disregard for the word “can’t” and you get a sense of Christine’s impact on clients’ businesses over the years. She got the Dallas CVB on Good Morning America. She helped to transform North Texas Giving Day into a force that generates millions of dollars and impressions; opened the AT&T Performing Arts Center with thousands of local news stories; landed Museum of Nature & Science on a national stage; opened another museum before it had walls; reinvented the medieval woman; took the stink out of poo; and re-engineered a company’s 100-year-old approach to philanthropy.
Christine earned her B.A. in Communication from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, IN, an all-women’s college she credits for being her original inspiration to reinvent the workplace for women. Prior to co-founding SparkFarm in 2009, she worked at The Richards Group and Ogilvy and Mather and held pivotal marketing roles at TXU Corp. and Museum of Nature & Science. Outside of work, Christine strikes fear in tennis balls and serves on nonprofit boards that support women’s issues and marginalized communities.
Lexie Aderhold
Digital Media, Partner
Lexie and marketing came together in a happy accident. As a math whiz, her career got its start crunching numbers on Travelocity’s finance team. Through a project analyzing the ROI of search data (nerd alert), she found her interest in the front-end of the customer life-cycle.
Upon earning her MBA in marketing from SMU’s Cox School of Business, she sought opportunities to merge her new-found love for marketing and entrepreneurship with her financial and strategic background. She has led marketing initiatives for industry-leading companies such as Essilor and American Airlines where she oversaw the airline’s multi-million dollar traditional and digital general advertising and “Be Pink” breast cancer awareness campaigns. Her previous work in branding, product marketing, and merchandising products via digital, promotions, and social media set Lexie up for success at SparkFarm where she is building the firm’s digital arm helping clients such as Casa Fiesta, Cenikor, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Orthopaedic Institute for Children, Texas Capital Bank, and more.
Outside the office, Lexie loves travel, yoga, and spending time with her family.
Taylor Campbell
Media, Partner | Co-founder
Taylor is an accomplished media strategist with over 25 years of experience. She’s worked with large and small clients, from established brands to startups, and done it all – from national magazine covers to local laundromats and radio remotes.
An unconventional thinker armed with deep media knowledge, Taylor gets how an audience connects to a brand through the right media. Her time with The Richards Group gave her valuable experience with Chick-Fil-A, Nokia, Continental Airlines, Corona Beer, and a host of other clients.
As a SparkFarm co-founder, she’s been instrumental in connecting audiences to brands like Red Mango, Cargill’s Rumba Meats, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Betty Ford Center, and Texas Capital Bank. Outside of the office, you can find Taylor running, either for fun or after her 13-year-old son.
Kathryn Kent
Marketing, Partner

She’s also well-versed in the healthcare, restaurant/retail, and advertising industries.
Kathryn lives to optimize marketing budgets and enhance customer perceptions through content on social media, websites, podcasts, and more. It’s that knack that drives results for her influencer marketing campaigns for clients like Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and North Texas Giving Day.
Kathryn grew up in Dallas and studied International Business at Texas Christian University where she earned a BBA and MBA with emphasis in marketing.
She has a passion for travel and is also a rock star mom with two boys.
